At Wrap Corner, every order is crafted with love and care. Here’s how cancellations and refunds work:
🛑 Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us directly.
After 24 hours, orders move into processing and cannot be canceled as they are made to order/customized.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if there are unforeseen issues (e.g., material shortage, address issues). In such cases, a full refund will be processed.
💸 Refund Policy
Since our products are handmade, personalized, or customized, we do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Wrong product selection
Delay in courier service (outside our control)
Refunds are only applicable under these conditions:
If the product is received damaged or defective.
If the wrong product was delivered by us.
🚨 Reporting Issues
Damages or defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Photo or video proof must be shared with us for verification.
🔁 Replacement or Refund
After verifying the damage/issue:
A replacement product will be sent, or
A full/partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
